Andrea Nappa joined Orlando from AlixPartners, where he was a Director in the Turnaround and Restructuring Practice in Milan. With AlixPartners Andrea took operating roles in turnaround situations driving financial and operational restructurings.

Prior to AlixPartners he worked at GE Commercial Finance, where he led the private equity group and then drove the start up of the leveraged finance business in Milan.

Andrea started his career in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he then moved to the transaction services group, providing financial and business due diligence services to private equity and industrial buyers. He received a degree in economics from the University of Turin in 1992, and the habilitation as chartered accountant in 1995.
