Paolo Scarlatti has been a non-executive Director of Orlando Germany and a member of its investment committee since 2002.

He was a founding partner of Opera, a specialist Italian buyout firm, and prior to that was a partner with Morgan Grenfell Private Equity in Milan. During his ten years experience in private equity investing in Italy, he has focused on complex buyouts and turnarounds.

Paolo Scarlatti’s prior experience includes over five years with The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Milan and with Gruppo Metis in Genoa. He received a degree cum laude in economics from the University of Genoa in 1986, and a MBA from INSEAD in 1990.
